Thursday, April 25th, 5:00-7:15pmThis class will focus on the importance of connecting with the energy field of mother earth and how to access this field for grounding, healing and intuition. Class will include heart wisdom teachings, dynamic yoga, breath work, meditation and chanting. We live in sacred and powerful times, awaken your inner shaman/priestess and dance in the fire of transformation. The ancient yogi’s had a profound connection & reverence for Mother Earth (Bhumi Devi). We are all deeply connected to Earth, physically, energetically & spiritually - We are her children. Come together as one for this transforming evening of sacred music and vibration from the heart to the heart - the practice of kirtan. Kirtan is the devotional singing from the Bhakti (Yoga of the Heart) tradition of Indian saints done in an ecstatic and meditative call and response style. Singing and dancing have long been sacred healing practices to awaken the life force, connect us to spirit and embody an ecstatic connection to the Divine force that sustains all life. Join acclaimed Yoga teacher and bhakti fest artist Saul David Raye and special guests for this ecstatic, expansive and raw evening of diving deep into the nectar of the heart. This evening is open to all ages and we invite you in the spirit of LOVE to come and experience the powerful unifying and healing vibrations of kirtan. We will begin with a prayer to the 7 cosmic directions and group prayer of unity as we move into an experience of ecstatic chanting, dancing, prayer, meditation and heart wisdom teachings that create a space for connection, celebration and overflowing LOVE.

This will be a special full moon celebration in honor of the great monkey god Hanuman, whose life and teachings embody the power of our own hearts. Hanuman is connected with the teachings of prana (life force), bhakti (devotion), vira (courage) & seva (service). It is these aspects we will celebrate and in particular serving the Sita (Mother Earth) & Ram ( Spirit) at this time. Bhumi devi (Sanskrit) is the great Mother earth, she is considered an incarnation of the Divine Mother, Sita. Hanuman is the great servant of Sita and Ram, they live within his great Heart. At this time we are all being asked to follow our great Hanuman Hearts and serve the earth in our own unique way. It is in service that our true identity and gifts are revealed. Jai Hanuman ! About Saul David Raye
Saul David Raye is an internationally acclaimed teacher, healer and spiritual activist known for his empowering and transformational approach to yoga, healing and spirituality.
